Join the Adult Winter Reading Club!

Join the Adult Winter Reading Club. Register in-person at the Readers' Services Desk. Upon registration, you will receive your Adult Winter Reading Club BINGO card. Read any book within the assigned categories to complete a BINGO. For each BINGO you complete, a ticket will be entered to win a raffle prize.

The first 50 participants to register will receive a free book to get their winter reading started.

Registration is required and begins in-person on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

Open to SSD residents 18-years or older with a valid library card. 

Winners will be contacted on Friday, February 27, 2026.

Adult Winter Reading Club Guidelines

• In-person registration is required to participate beginning on Tuesday January 6, 2026
• You choose the books you want to read within the given categories
• Adult books, Young Adult books, Audiobooks, eBooks, and Graphic Novels qualify
• Children's books and individual Short Stories will not be accepted
• Only those books you start reading on the day you register and finish reading by Wednesday, February 25, 2026 can be included
• Open to Syosset School District Residents 18 years or older with a valid Library Card
• All BINGO cards must be returned to the Readers' Services Desk by Wednesday February 25, 2026, at 9 PM
• A title may be applied to one box only
• Each BINGO will be awarded a raffle ticket
• A BINGO equals a completed column, row, or diagonal line
• A full BINGO card will be awarded an extra raffle ticket
• You will be given two BINGO cards to choose from-only one can be submitted!
